Hello MamaFami, good advice. I drink big glass of ayer when wake up, small cup sebelum tidur malam, inbetween about 6 to 8 BIG cups of Chinese green tea.
Of course 5 glasses of iced coffee inbetween....tada ice coffee susa nak tidur, ha ha.
