SELAMAT HARI IBU 2011

Ikhsan dari Google Image. Terima kasih.

YA ALLAH...
Engkau muliakan dan sayangi pembaca ucapan ini...
Berkatilah keluarganya...
Sihatkan tubuh badannya...
Limpahkan rezekinya...

Nilaikan kesucian dirimu melalui KEIKHLASAN HATI

To my dearest hubby.....

Di manakah pemandangan terindah di dunia?
Puas ku cari setelah jauh melangkah
Hingga takdir menyuluh ke arah mu
Ku temu pemandangan itu terlakar di wajahmu

Dengan setiap renungan
Terpesona ku rasakan
Dengan setiap belaianmu hati makin tersentuh

Oh kasih, oh kasih
Ku berterima kasih
Padamu kerana menyempurnai hidupku

Dan sakit dah sungguh aku asyik terjatuh
Jatuh cinta dengan kamu

Dalam berjuta-jutaan lagu
Tiada satupun dapat menenteramkan kalbu
Melainkan bila kau menyebut
Ke telinga bahawa kau juga sayang padaku

Dengan setiap lafaz kata
Harapan makin menyinar
Untuk kita bersama membina hidup bahagia

Oh kasih, oh kasih
Ku berterima kasih
Padamu kerana menyempurnai hidupku

Dan sakit dah sungguh aku asyik terjatuh
Jatuh cinta dengan kamu

Ku rasa setuah-tuah manusia
Nikmati hidup dengan wanita yang ku cinta

With lots of love till death do us part....

Happy belated teacher's day

HAPPY BELATED TEACHER'S DAY
...to all teachers in this world...

Helped my cousin to make these cards for the teachers in her school. Actually she had asked me to google for nice wordings to be pasted on the teacher's day card she intended to do. I ended up helping her do the card instead of looking for the wordings! Hahaha... It was fun making the cards for you kak... after a long time not having the chance to play around with art.

And this is my signature at the back of the card, copyright controlled..... *wink*

Happy 17th Birthday FATIN!

HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY FATIN!

WITH LOADS OF LOVE... from Ayah, Mama and Syahmi....
Moga kehidupan Along diberkati ALLAH SNT sepanjang detik dan ketika...

InsyaAllah if everything goes well, we'll pay her a surprise visit this evening. I had phoned the school on Monday, to inform them about this and the teacher in charged said it's not a problem. And I made him keep this secret as well.... Wonder how Fatin will re-act!! Hahaha...

I've made for her some cupcakes... I know she doesn't quite favour these flowery designs, but sorrylah Along... this is what your mom is capable of doing with her limited skills. Better something than nothing huh! Hahaha....

Fatin's Birthday Cuppies

Speaking of Fatin's birthday, actually the date was chosen by me. She was a week overdue that time. And why did I pick 30th March? Because that date is the birthdate of my best friend in Malacca Girls' High School, Hafiza Abd Hamid. I am still trying to find her. Fiz, the daughter of Uncle Hamid and Aunty Kalthum and the younger sister of Puan Hamidah Abd Hamid. If any of Hafiza's friend or if Fiz is read this post, please contact me via my email.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY FIZ.... I never forget....

Happy 71st Birthday Mak

Today 5th February, 2010 is my mom's 71st birthday. Happy birthday MAK. May you stay healthy and cheerful always. May Allah's blessings be with you always.... Love ya....

Mak had been through a hard time last year. But because she has a strong will power and a real fighter, for those who never knew she had been sick once before, will never know about it. End of 2008, my parents came to stay with us as my mom had not been keeping well and can't drive my dad for his dylisis treatment. Not only that, she's not that strong to do the house chores as well. She was always on her oxygen machine. When she came to stay with us, she was in such a bad state. After a week, when we saw that her condition worsen, we adviced her to go for a check up at the hospital. My brother brought her to the hospital and she was admitted straight away. The next day, she fell into a coma. She was in that stage for 2 weeks. And my dad, whom was left at home, kept asking for mom. Both of them are very very very attached to each other. Where ever my mom is, you'll find my dad there as well. And when he didn't see his wife for a few days, I can see that he's loosig a part of his life. It is so painful for me to write this, but I just have to let it out. We didn't tell abah what had happened to mak, fearing that it'll come as a shock to him. Abah was fragile that time and we feared for the worst. After 10 days, hubby and me told my siblings that we think, we'll just have to take the risk. We have to bring abah to meet mak at the hospital. So we brought abah to the hospital that Sunday.

Since mak was all wired up, Abah didn't recognised her or maybe Abah just didn't want to accept that he's looking at his wife. Abah held Mak's hand for a long time. That was the last time he held her hands dearly for the following Wednesday, our dear Abah left us, forever...... I miss you Abah...

Mak regain her consciousness after two weeks. We dare not tell her what had happened. Then she started to get curious. What was I doing at the hospital looking after her in the mornings. Who's looking after her husband. Everytime she asked me, I'll divert her attention towards something else and since she's still under the influence of the drugs, she'll just forgot about her question. When we thought that she's ready to be told about the sad news, we had asked our Pak Busu and Mak Busu to break the news to Mak. When Mak Busu told Mak, she looked sad, just for a few minutes then she smiled. That was because, she's not fully aware just yet. And she decided to be fully awared and herself again, when it was my shift looking after her. She asked me, where is my Abah and when I tried the previous trick, she kept asking the same question with her eyes on me! Oh oh... am I in big trouble! Why must it always be me!!!!! Since I have no other choice, I broke the news, the best way I could. Mak is strong. I AM NOT! She just had tears in her eyes, but I had tears streaming down my face!

Anyway, that's a part of Mak's life. The woman with a strong will power, a fighter, a good mother and certainly a very good wife to a very good husband....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAK
AL-FATIHAH BUAT ABAH....

Selamat Pengantin Baru Idayu & Irwan

When do you actually feel yourself getting old?
Is it when you saw strands of grey hair among all the black ones?
Is it when you celebrate your birthday?
Is it when you saw lines and wrinkles on your face?
Well I guess, for me, I will only realise (though I don't really want to) I am old when I receive wedding invitations from friends! The same goes to my hubby because it was actually him who said this! Haha...

Last Sunday, we were in Teluk Intan, attending our friends, Mr Mahizir & Puan Latifah's daughter's wedding. Congratulations to Nurul Idayu and her hubby Muhammad Irwan. Wishing you the best of life today and in the days to come. Amin...

Happy Birthday Fatin dearest....

This special entry is for my dear daughter Fatin. Why for her? Because today is the day she turned 16. Happy birthday Fatin...
Semoga sentiasa di dalam peliharaan Allah, dipanjangkan umur, dimurahkan rezeki, berjaya dalam kehidupan dan diberikan kesihatan yang baik. Doa kami buat
Along...
Thank you Mak Teh for this lovely card. Will paste it here for Fatin to read when she has the chance to do so...

We went to visit Fatin last Sunday (29th March), just to spend time with her and for an early small celebration.

The school had their 10th swimming carnival last Saturday. Too bad we can't make it there to cheer her up. Fatin had to take part in 7 events which she managed to get 6 medals. Alhamdulillah. On Friday, when I phoned her, she kept on saying that, "Mama, don't put any high hopes for me to get any medals for you this time ya. I am just too tired after the cross country and after the MSSM events." And mama replied,"OK!". But girl, I lied! I had hoped and prayed that you'll do your best and I think you did better than what I had actually hoped for. I know you will never let me down! Caiyokkk Along!
